All we know for sure is our experience in the present moment.
As Joseph Campbell said, what we most want is the experience of being alive. That experience is available to all of us now.

Now is abiding peace. Now is happiness. The present moment is the open space where mediums feel the presence of Spirit.
Many mediums use clairsentience, or the perception of clear knowing, to become aware of a sitter’s loved ones in Spirit.
We receive a spirit communicator's information through emotions, the power of which cause images and sensations to arise in the medium’s consciousness.

It's a beautiful exchange. But it can be a minefield as well.
A conscientious medium simply passes along this information for the sitter. If it’s not interpreted by the medium (regurgitated through their thought process), it's typically accepted by the sitter. Such information is called evidence.
However, spirit perceptions come and go, as the transitory objects of our lives, the names, the appearances, the belongings, illnesses, all come and go.
What do we take with us when we die? Our eternal essence, yes. The baggage of experiences we conducted during life is sorted through during our life review, and we learn from it. We grow.
We grow emotionally in Spirit, as we return to being One in awareness. That is important to remember when we speak for Spirit as mediums.

Thus evidence, “accepted facts”, can be unreliable. The facts that mediums insist on dredging up to prove their spirit communicator’s identity can feel cold and dry, just the opposite of the language of Spirit, pure emotion.
If not given through the emotion provided by Spirit, evidence, even things like full names, clear descriptions or precise causes of death, can fall flat.
Spirit communicators rarely make the effort to visit because they want to prove the continuation of life. That is a very human concern. That we share one awareness, God’s infinite Being, is evidently clear to spirit entities.
The reason for the connection is love.
But what is the quality of that love? What is the intensity of the emotion?
What are the subtleties of their personality that make a sitter feel they’re in the presence of their loved one?

Make your next mediumistic demonstration outstanding by giving each character their own voice. There is no way each can have the same emotional quality.
Beware of too much conversation between you, the medium, and the sitter. Let the Spirit and the sitter speak together.

Let your sitter experience that their loved one is still alive, still an active part of our awareness. Give each sitter the lasting happiness of true Spirit contact.
You can do it if you remain in the open expanse of the present moment where Spirit resides.
