One of my passions is to pass along the ins-and-outs of natural mediumship, that we are spirits in physical form and it is as natural for us to communicate with other spirits as it is with people (and animals and other energies) “in the flesh.”
It is our birthright as sentient beings to connect and understand all forms of energy.
I don’t believe in Stainton Moses’ saying: "Every sensitive person is not a medium, but every medium is a sensitive." (You may know it as "Every medium is a psychic but not every psychic is a medium.")
We all have the potential to communicate with each other’s soul as we all share the same universal awareness.
Why do people further the notion that some are some “gifted” and others are not? It’s a basic thing, mediumship, and we should all embrace it to the height of our capability.
Perhaps not everyone is going to want to blend as thoroughly as others, and that’s okay. Just know that it’s not mystical, it’s not magical, and it’s not otherworldly.
It just is.
Just as we all have different styles of speaking, in different dialects or accents, we have different ways of relaying messages from Spirit. They are all valid and useful. They must all be heard.
Enjoy the process and be as true, as plain and compassionate as possible. Spirit will thank you.
